How do I volunteer? Please complete the form here. We will contact you with more information. If you are volunteering per hour, you MUST purchase a Weekend Pass first.
Why must we pay prior to volunteering? We follow the policy standard of reimbursing volunteers for their effort after the exchange. This provides an incentive to follow through with the agreed upon commitment.

I bought a CHEX pass, but can no longer attend. Can I sell my pass to someone else? While we wish you could attend CHEX, we do allow you to sell your pass to someone else. However, we can no longer process pass transfers through the website. The person who purchased the pass needs to bring confirmation that the pass was sold to them. This confirmation should be from the person who sold the pass. A printed e-mail from the person who sold the pass using the e-mail account used to log into our website and purchase the pass would work. Without confirmation, we may not able to validate the transfer. If you have any other questions, please let us know here.
